"Oil burns out!" Mourning over the tragic death of two respectful teachers who committed suicide a few days ago! Die at what price?

It's really a misfortune that two teachers committed suicide by plunging themselves from the window to death a few days ago.

They are conscientious teachers. Why did they depart the world so unexpectedly?

Could anybody tell me why? Why did they kill themselves? Or who killed them?

I think DESPAIR drove them to the road of suicide.

A French Sociologist -- Emile Durkheim who tries to explain the reasons behind the human suicide categorizes four types of suicide. ---
They are: Egoistic suicide; Altruistic suicide; Anomic suicide and Fatalistic suicide.

What types of suicide should the case concerned belong to?

Another psychologist Shneidman (1992) also asserts that there are 10 commonalties of suicide:

The common purpose of suicide is to seek a solution
The common goal of suicide is cessation of consciousness
The common stimulus is suicide is intolerable psychological pain
The common stressor in suicide is frustrated psychological need
The common emotion in suicide is hopelessness-helplessness
The common cognitive state in suicide is ambivalence
The common perceptual state in suicide is constriction
The common action in suicide is egression
The common interpersonal act in suicide is communication of intention
The common consistency in suicide is life-long coping patterns

The basic axiom of economics is the “individual constrained maximization”. Since it is axiomatic, we need not to argue the validity of the axiom, as it is the starting point of our logical reasoning. However, it looks paradoxically and ironically wrong. What is the beneficial motive behind the act of self-destruction? Or, is there something on their conscience? Who is to be benefit by sacrifice oneself with such a huge cost?

Even the Economic imperialist and Laureate of The Bank of Sweden Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel ---Gary Becker had yet to explain the reasoning behind human suicide. I was quite confused with this ill social phenomenon.

If we say, “a person who commits suicide is to pursue his or her utility maximization”, it is totally tautological. We do nothing to end the tragic events.

WHAT WE NEED IS THE HELP IN THE SHADOW OF DESPERATION!
I DON'T THINK IT IS A VAIN ATTEMPT TO CHANGE ANYTHING.
